Founded in 2018 by Jonathan Henry, our company had a mission to change an industry that was certainly outdated in the UK. Our aim is to use the latest technology available as well and working with exceptional agents across the South of England. We want our customers to not just feel like a number but part of the Henry Philips & Partners family.
We want to change the way both Sellers, Landlords, Buyers and Tenants view the Estate Agency industry. We believe change will come from a shift in the market to where agents are paid in alignment to the job they do.
